Bar La Pachanga is built around a simple idea. The bar should feel like one of the most memorable parts of your event, not just a service in the background. We focus on fresh ingredients, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and hospitality-driven service that feels warm, professional, and easy to enjoy. From setup to final pour, we take care of every detail behind the bar so you and your guests can stay present, relaxed, and fully in the moment.

We do not provide alcohol, all alcohol must be provided by host. We will provide shopping lists.

Our pricing reflects the level of care, preparation, and detail that goes into every event we serve. Each package includes professional bartending, setup coordination, and a service experience designed to feel seamless and elevated.

Because every event is different, pricing varies based on guest count, event style, service duration, and customization. We will always walk you through the best fit for your event so you feel confident in what you are getting and why it matters.

Bartending Services

Professional bartending and a thoughtfully curated bar experience for any occasion

All Inclusive packages start at:

  • Up to 50 guests – starting at $650

  • 50–100 guests – starting at $1,000

  • 100–150 guests – starting at $1,600

  • 150–200 guests – starting at $2,200

Includes:

  • Up to 4 hours of full-service bartending

  • Professional licensed and insured bartending staff

  • Full bar setup, styling, and breakdown

  • Up to 3 signature curated drinks

  • All mixers, juices, syrups, and fresh ingredients

  • Fresh garnishes and prep work

  • Disposable cups provided for all guests

  • Ice, bar tools, and necessary service equipment provided

  • Custom drink menu designed for your event

  • Seamless, guest-focused service from start to finish

Notes:

  • All alcohol must be provided by the host, including beer and wine

  • Smaller gatherings (under 25 guests) available upon request

  • Final pricing varies based on menu, staffing, and event needs

  • Additional service time – $125-$200 per hour

  • Additional signature drinks – $3–$6 per guest (per drink)
